IMECS GmbH & Co. KG is pleased to announce the successful renewal of its Software Conformity Certificate by Lloyd’s Register (Certificate No. LR26354913SC), valid until July 2029.
The certification was granted following a comprehensive Software Conformity Assessment against the Lloyd’s Register Assessment Module GENPMS, covering our complete product range:
- IMECS BLUE — Cloud/Web Ship Management Software
- IMECS Fleet Management System / IMECS ERP — Windows Desktop Application
The assessment confirms that the IMECS Planned Maintenance System and the underlying software development and quality assurance processes comply with the requirements of Lloyd’s Register for computerized planned maintenance schemes. The certificate remains valid for subsequent software versions, reflecting the maturity of our established change control and configuration management processes.
Together with our DNV Type Approval Certificate (TAPMS0000018, valid until 2028), IMECS holds current approvals from two of the world’s leading classification societies. For our customers, this means that IMECS software can be used as an approved Planned Maintenance System onboard vessels classed by Lloyd’s Register and DNV — a key requirement for survey arrangements such as Machinery PMS.
